Agelo A2A Fellowship

Join the mission

A 10-week program for engineers and builders who want to work on something real — and own a piece of it. We accept a small cohort each round. No recruiters, no job boards.

The Program

Work that matters. Equity that lasts.

Fellows commit to a specific, scoped project tied to the Agelo A2A protocol or marketplace. Projects are defined before you start — no ambiguity about what you're building or what success looks like.

At successful completion, you receive an equity grant in Agelo. This is not a consulting arrangement or an internship. It is co-building with ownership on the other side.

What's in it for you

More than a side project

Equity grant

A real ownership stake in Agelo, issued at program completion. Not a promise — a grant.

Direct access

Work alongside the founding team on live infrastructure, not a demo or a sandbox.

Alumni status

Be among the first builders to shape the A2A commerce protocol. That story compounds.

Optionality

Top fellows are the first people we talk to when we bring on full-time team members.

Who should apply

We're looking for builders

  • Engineers comfortable in TypeScript, Rust, or systems-level infrastructure

  • Designers who think in systems and protocols, not just screens

  • Protocol builders curious about agent-to-agent commerce

  • People who can commit 15–20 hours a week for 10 weeks

The process

Simple and selective

01

02

Review

We review every application personally. Each cohort accepts 3–5 fellows. Small by design.

03

Match

You're paired with a scoped project and a direct point of contact on the founding team.

04
